Staff were pleasant, breakfast was superb. Ideal location, Noi Bai International airport was 30 km away. Room was luxurious and elegant too. The service offered here was exceptional.

Everything was very comfortable, helpful staff, perfect location just off the tourist attractions, the lake, bars/restaurants. Luxury units with a garden view. We loved bottled drinks at the poolside bar. Good meal and very good service.

It was a comfortable base for our really good stay. Original rooms, professional staff, quiet location - loved it! The bed was comfortable and the food was superb. There was a fabulous restaurant, the shops and a market next door. The pool was very clean and the garden — beautiful.
